I am searching for new pair of speakers. I currently have JBL e60 and I am not quite satisfied with them. I use them with AKAI AM 75 and AIWA 8300. My next choice will be either JBL E90 or Canton ergo 90, so i have a question, which of these two pairs is better for the approximately same price, for home listening?

Can you listen to them?
Even if you find someone that has heard both speakers their opinion might be different than yours, so it's always best to listen for yourself if possible.
Have you searched for reviews/opinions on them?
The Canton's are 4 ohm, but both of your integrated amplifiers are rated for 4 ohm loads so that should not be a problem.
Thank you for your reply, i will certainly try to listen both pairs. I have searched for reviews, but there isn't many of them, so i have hoped to get here some kind of advice. My favorites at the moment are Cantons, but i am suspicious because of their low Sensitivity and 4 ohm impendance. I am certain that they will work with Akai, because that amp has a lot of power, but i have some receivers with less power, so i wonder if they will work properly with these speakers.
Depends on their ability to drive a low impedance and how loud you listen.
I'm not a fan of receivers for serious music listening, so I would be happier with higher quality integrated amplifiers (or separates) anyway.
Be aware that some speakers rated at 8 ohms nominal should actually be considered 4 ohm speakers.
Companies use different ways to measure (spl, impedance, freq, etc) and some are "kind" to themselves on how they label their products.
