Speaker connection question

I got a pair of Mission 771 bookshelf speakers. Do the caps on the plugs pop off to let you attach banana plugs. If so what is the best way to do that.

Dunno if those do, but on some I had I used a sharp pointed drywall screw to drill in and pull out.

My polk RTiA9s and my crown amplifier had them new, I just completely unscrewed the cap and pushed the insert out from the inside with an appropriate sized finish nail and screwed the cap back on.


Edited to add that mine were solid plugging the hole completely while yours may be like the ones in this video and using a small screw would be the quickest way like @whoaru99 suggested.
