Speaker ID help please? Maybe Dynaco A-10?

A co-worker has offered me these for free but there are no brand or other obvious clues or models on them. They belonged to his uncle and were used with a Kenwood KA-2000 and KT-2000 that are also being given to me.

Any idea what they might be? I'll see them in a day or 2 anyway but thought I would ask. They are around 2ft high I think and seem to be real wood veneer.

They just got dropped off at work, and they look like they might be home made. Well done in a 1968 kind of way, but nothing more to identify them yet other than size (23x11x8) and drivers (~3 and 6.5).

I'll test them out and look into it more tomorrow. I will probably have to take the 10 Robertson screws out of the back just to get more info as the faces seem permanently attached.
 
So it turns out they must be homemade, and kind of deceptively though well built at least from a woodworkers perspective.

What appeared to be a 2 way is not. Maybe they intended to add a tweeter but there is nothing but an 8" single driver (measured outside to outside) with the cone about 7".

I'm curious if anyone might know this driver and whether it was intended to be full range? Or should I add a crossover and tweeter? Or just toss it all?

The magnet has just the following on it and no other name that I can see:

they look similar to Noresco NE-531 with the woofer changed out and no tweeter installed. if cab dimensions are the same, the isophon drivers are generally available at auction.
 
Would like to see front shot of the driver, and a more side angle from the back as well.

Look for any numbers ink stamped on frame rim... or even printed on the cone itself.
