Now- the question is- WHICH ACI speakers??
BTW: I just put my ACI AC-7 based DIY speakers back in service, in our upstairs living room, a few months ago.
I originally built them in 1990. Here's a picture of them in their original finish, back from about 1996 or so. This was taken at the first DIY Atlanta speaker meet- where they got their first nickname (the "Sandstones"- because the flat white finish on top of the particle board grain, and the slightly rounded beveled corners, was said to make them look like they were made out of sandstone).
... and here they are now, in their new finish (a Sherwin Williams color called "Caviar"):
31 years later- they still sound pretty darn good.

These are a 3-way. Looks like a Seas alum dome tweeter, Philips cone mid, and CTS-ish 10 or 12” woofer. Slanted front baffle. Very Thiel- or JSE-like.
