Speaker ID query please - trash, treasure or mystery?

This image is from an upcoming estate sale - no affiliation. It's near the Canadian border, so that attic probably gets pretty cold in the winter..

This could be a public address speaker of no audiophile value, maybe hung from hooks in a church.

I'm wondering if it's the remains of a vintage Altec. Might be a project for someone.

Anyone recognize this?

The horn looks Altec, esp the vanes.
