Speaker ID

I need help on the ID of pair speaker. It is local CL and the seller doesn't know them. Any information will help. Thanking in advance for your help!

Don't know what brand but from the frontal picture, I'd date them back to the 50's or 60's. The ornate grill treatment was used in those years and back. Are you buying the guitar, also?

Here's the pic cleaned up a bit. I don't recognize them either. Could have been part of a three piece console group.

I agree with Celt about the possibility of a 3 piece set, and while they're not "typical" of Barzilay i wouldn't rule out the Barzilay possibility, or one of the other cabinet makers of the period like Acousti-craft.

They may not JBl cabinets. But they look like JBL C61or D61 Sovereign II style cabinet to me.
Hope to find out with some pictures.

You are right. It is JBL loaded, each one contains 12" D123_8 ohms driver, one tweeter LE20, and the JBL crossover.

I test it with my Scott lk-48 and it sounds so nice.
The good part is "the 2nd picture will tell you about it".
