I know, horrible picture but I'm trying to decide if I should make the 1 hour drive to pick these up. Using the Marantz 2230 as a size reference and the unique cabinet lines anyone want to venture a guess as to the speaker model?
$40 bones takes the Marantz and the two mystery speakers. Thanks !

If I didn't know any better, I would say an EPI model. I don't think it is. Bose also made something similar. With the wrap-around grill, there might be a top mounted driver. They look very interesting.

The amp is worth $40, the speakers are a bonus. BUY IT.
 
EPI 201 although it appears to be missing the EPI badge. Very good speaker. Note that it can be switched between 4 ohm and 16 ohm. It has 2 woofers and tweeter per speakers so that it depends on whether the drivers are in series or parallel. It can particularly in the 4ohm configuration present a challenging load to an amp. The Marantz may not have enough juice for the speakers. Notwithstanding, either or both are worth way more than $40.

It wasn't that hard. I have a pair in the attic. I recently got them for $60. One of the tweeters wasn't working. I have spares (in unused EPI 100's) but want to take a look at it to see if it's a loose wire and may also recap them at that time.
