Would they be better than you already have? If no, pass. I'm sure their out there, but I never saw speaker fronts with the grain running horizontal, as the above posts mentioned, somewhat of a homebrew feel.

the woofers look like fisher, the other components might be too, they do have drivers with that mesh stuff on them
