Speaker ID

[joeinTO]

Hey all.
Anyone recognize this speaker? Theres a rear-firing woofer on those also. Only pic I have to go on at the moment. Owner say no grill emblem or identifying labels.
Thanks

Things I like : Possible peerless tweeter , Mention of rear firing woof...

Things I don't like: Grill pegs, 4-screw woof right into cabinet, faux wood baffle board...

I'm thinking 1981 Philips...

I'm likely off... But I'd pass on them over 10 bucks.

Seas tweeter. Same one in my Boston acoustics a200's. Not sure what the speakers are though.
