Speaker Ohm for Technics SU 8011

Hi.
I've finally paired an 8011 tuner and amplifier and now looking at speakers....
I thought about running 4 speakers, using the main+remote.
I got carried away and was looking at 2 100w 8ohm passive subwoofers as remote to add bass to whatever mains I'd be using but the seller said it will blow the amp??

I understand adding a speaker halves the ohm? So remote could run 2x 8ohm, and main could run 2x 8ohm, resulting in 4 ohm for both speaker outputs??

Now im looking at using 4 gale speakers instead..I've got 2, purchasing 2 more soon....If its all alright?

I'm planning to buy 4x Gale Mini Monitor mk2 for my Technics SU 8011

specs for amp:

20hz-20khz continuous power output both channels driven:
2x 25w(8ohm)
40hz-15khz continuous power output both channels driven:
2x 25w(4ohm) 2x 25w (8ohm)
1khz continuous power output both channels driven:
2x 27w(4ohm) 2x 27w (8ohm)
Power bandwidth both channels continuously driven, -3db:
5hz-50khz(4ohm)
5hz-60khz(8ohm)

Speakers:

Power rating 15 - 90Watt
Impedance (nominal) 4 - 8 Ohm nominal
Sensitivity for 2.83 V 88dB
Frequency response 63 - 20k

This is the spec from the website for the mk2s with bullet dust caps, not concave caps....on the backs of the concave ones I have, it says only 8ohms nominal
