Speaker relay for spec 2

What about the K10P-11DT5-24?
It's 15A, quick-on connectors, and at least in the Spec 2's case, mounting it to the chassis won't be perfect but it'll look fine and be secure.

Possibly? They seem to be the same size as LY2F-24DC though, so would require some sort of bracket as the flange mounts would not line up with the chassis holes if we just put stand offs.

Agree, but I'm fine just drilling one more hole in the chassis, especially since the bottom cover hides it.

Change of plans. Gonna try HE2AN-DC24V.
It's 50mm long, which is about what the original is. If I get big enough screws I think were in business.

Intriguing find. Looking at the spec sheet, and if I trust my original measurements, wouldn't HE2AN-Q-DC24V (with the flanges) be a better fit?

Also, while this seems like it may be a good fit in a Spec 2, it looks like it may be a lot more difficult to integrate in a Spec 1 (terminals would conflict with a bracket, and there is not enough room to elevate the relay enough with a standoff to clear it).

Should have an update next week.
Agree, it's absolutely just a Spec 2 solution, Spec 1 is a tough one.

Doing some more search, maybe KUHP-11DT1-24 would work with the Spec 1? But it looks like the relay body is just a few mm larger in both w and h, so I'd need to open it to measure the bracket more precisely. It's also not cheap, and 2 are needed.

Could do they job. I just used a similar one in a Hafler DH 500 and they're nice.
Even a few mm might be the best we can get, and just work with hardware.

It’s not pretty, but it fits and it’s not going anywhere.
I’m going to widen the holes in the chassis and put very small standoffs between the relay and that so it’s not leaning. Also need slightly bigger screws. I’ll post all the sizes etc when I get around to ordering all the hardware.
