speaker repair kits in Nrthern VirginiaDC area?

I live in Northern Virginia, and I'm thinking there might be a local source for speaker repair/refoaming kits...any of you DC area folks know of any? I'm hitting the wall searching for these conventionally...thanks!

ok, next question...do I need to remove the "bullet cone speaker to refoam, or can it not be done without removal and replacement? sure looks as if it could be done without removal, lapping the new foam onto the inside of the speaker...
