speaker stand recommendations please

I lucked into a pair of these at a thrift. They work great and the rear ledge really keeps things stable. Using them with JBL L100. Had Plateau stands which were OK, but too small for the application.

I had a custom set made of steel for my AR3's. They have a 3.5 degree tilt. Raised 4 inches at the rear, 5 at the front. The height and tilt aim the speakers and tweeters directly at me when seated. Very similar to the lack stands above, just not as high.
I've also made stands with wood for a set of Design Acoustics PS-10's. They were about 30 inches tall. I was very happy with the results.
If you can make your own, then go for it. It's fun, and your own design.
