speaker suggestions for upgrading

Just bought a Rega RP6 and now looking for speaker upgrade. Currently using B&W 601s with an Onkyo integrated amp in a small room, about 10 x 15. Looking at Focal Aria but open to other ideas in the $500-750 price range. These speakers must go onto a bookshelf almost flush to the walls; one reason I'm looking at the Focals is my understanding that they'll perform well with that type of spacing.

Soo---any ideas??

If you can nudge that budget up just a little more, the Chameleon line from Sonus Faber has excellent reviews.

There's another line just introduced based on that model that's less expensive, too.

Edit: it's called the Principia

I currently have Focal Electra 1007s, and previously had floor standing Goldmund Metas which used Focal drivers. While I can't speak directly about the model you mentioned, I can say that I have nothing but praise for their products.
