Speakerlab S30 tweaking

Speakerlab

I have a few friends who grew up like me, in the '70s near a speakerlab store (within a bike's ride). We spent many an hour in the listening room trying to drive the salesmen crazy (which we never seemed to do because they seemes to love it!). It would be fun to set up some kind of Speakerlab appreciation event!

I also spent a lot of time at the old Ravenna Speakerlab. Still have my S-3's I bought in 1975. Upgraded the tweets and mids, use 'em every day. Also have a set of S-1's. They're getting tweets and x-overs. A Speakerlab Event would be cool. -Rich

 I used to haunt the listening room in the U-District Roosevelt Way store.

Check out a PNW AK get-together. There are usual a few attendees with Speakerlab speakers and catalogs. There's one in planning for March: http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=198178

Last year at this event, Tarior brought his Speakerlab 7's with the big horn midrange and horn tweeter - it sounded damn nice driven by a Sansui G-9000 and there was alot of appreciating going on. :D
