Speakers vibrate

My JBL L19 speakers gave started to rattle at mid volume. The foam ring or neoprene gasket (not sure which it is) is dried out and falling apart. If I lightly touch the edge of the speaker, the rattling stops. I am looking to repair them, but not sure what the part I need is. What is the part I need? See photo. Looks like it glues to the housing and is lightly attached to the speaker. Also how hard it is for a novice to replace?

They need the foam surrounds replaced. It's not difficult to do it yourself, doesn't take long and is not expensive. The last foams I replaced came from Simply Speakers.
