SPEC 4 Relays

One of the main relays in my SPEC 4 hums. It's on the main chasis. It's a Type MC 2, 120VAC, Part number ASR-044-0. Any suggested replacements?

Also one of the relays on the amp board needs replacement. It's a 48VDC ASR-035-0. Any suggested replacements for that?
