Splatter does not stop from spinning!!

Hello guys,
I've got a Technics Sl-B303 direct drive TT and the splatter just starts spinning when I push power and it dosen't automatically stop when the arm returns and rests, I have to push power again to stop it from spinning to turn the record. Any ideas??

Probably some dirty/oxidixed switch contacts.

Try Vinylengine , should be a manual available. ( you need to register, no cost). There should be an adjustment for the shut off when the arm returns to the rest. Good luck!

nothing about it in the manual sadly
