I bought a Pace de-soldering station from Ed, I paid for it, Ed packed and shipped it. I went on an unscheduled vacation for a couple of weeks and was not here to get the package that was delivered to my door by FedEx. The package was not here when I returned. I'm thinking one of my neighbors was looking out for me and picked it up. The thing about Ed was that he offered to refund my money and start a claim with FedEx, even though this was obviously not his fault. Ed is a class act that sells great stuff and packs it like it's going to his own house. There just isn't many people out there like Ed these days and I appreciate all that he does!!
