SR-838 overhang

For you guys who have an SR-838:

1. How do you adjust your overhang??

2. Also, what type of cartridge/needle are you using with your SR-838/SR-929 to achieve 'great sonic results' and excellent tracking?

As always, your advice is most appreciated.

What do you mean how?
I go by the manual.
I thought I posted that page before?

16.1mm.

I use an AT-440MLa.

My SR-929 came with the overhang gauge to line up with the stylus but like Rob mentioned it's also in the manual.

I am using an Audio Technica AT-15SLa cartridge with mine. Very nice combo to listen to!
