STA 2100D

Hello All. Working on a Realistic STA 2100D receiver. Have an issue with the L channel amp. I rebuilt both amps and did all my adjustments. It was running smooth until today. Turned it in and R523 exploded
I had to replace 2 of the output transistors and a couple of resistors. As well as the transistor on the Main amp sub PCB. My R channel DC offset is running a cool 1-2mV
but the Left Channel is a whopping 24.3V
I’ve checked all of the transistors again, the diodes and the resistors. Nothing jumps out as irregular. Why am I getting such a high output?? I’ve tried to adjust the trim pot and it has no effect. Could the old pot be junk? Thanks in advance for any help.
