Just because something was worth something when new is no indication that it's worth anything now. I don't even think the tape guys hold the dual-well decks in much regard, do they? I could be wrong.

Low end cassette decks - the Sony appears to be a TC-WE305 that retailed new for $99.00. Doesn't even have soft-touch logic controls, The Kenwood couldn't be any better.
