First, among my other interests is this group
http://www.fairnet.org/agencies/tvrr/tvrr.html
1899 H.K. Porter steam loco now undergoing winter rebuild. As part of our collection of early Alaska train history is a set of Climax Locomotive works trucks(wheel sets) and at one point in time the group was to assemble a flat car. As is with information on things this old, written history or information is sometimes sketchy. So I throw this out to the audio guys....does anyone have leads or info on Climax Locomotive Works flatcar construction????:scratch2:
