Stereo 5E3 Project

So, I've decided to build a second Fender 5E3 to complete a stereo rig for guitar to pair with my DIY enclosures (2x 1x12"). I've used RobRobs mods in the past & plan on using the we effects loop mod (adding preamp out and power amp in). I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how I could use this mod between both amps as one effects loop, instead of having two independent loops. Thanks in advance!

Yeah man~~!

This is where stereo Flangers, Reverb, Phasers RULE~!

Helps to have a Gibson ES455 Stereo BB King style axe.

Is there a reason you can't use the output of one loop to drive both amplifiers?

My 1970's Vibrolux reverb has two preamps in it.

Added two rear output jacks and one input jack to run another amp/speaker.

With this feature I can take preamp 1's output and plug it into preamp 2's input for the most amazing Over Drive.

Before that I was using two Leslie's w/Leslie preamp's with my stereo Gibson, Those were the day's.. Yes they were....

Oh yeah, I love stacking those gain stages!

My 1970's Vibrolux reverb

I played in a reggae band where one of the guitar players used a Vibrolux Reverb. What a gorgeous sounding amplifier :)

We would occasionally morph into Allman Bros sets, even at shows, and what that little critter could do for a good slide player was astonishing...
