The Pioneer PL-112D with Shure M95EJ would be a worthwhile purchase. If it's the one that I found on eBay, it looks to be in good shape. Note that you can use any N95 stylus on that cartridge, so the N95ED or N95HE if you want (an N95ED is fitted to the one on eBay - cream colour). However, £250 seems a bit steep to me, even if it is serviced. I think one would typically sell for well under £200 (click on Sold Items in eBay). And bear in mind that if the seller can't tell you the hours of use of the stylus, you should replace the stylus immediately and be sure to get a high-quality aftermarket replacement.
The Sony receiver looks nice but is pretty old from 1971, so you might want to check whether it is working properly. It is also fairly low powered at 20 Watts per channel (into 8 Ohms), so you may need efficient speaker, depending on the size of your room and the desired listening levels. It seems the speakers are from 1984, so are not exactly nicely paired with the receiver in terms of era and look rather bland to me. They may sound OK, but Sony were never a brand known for their speakers - I dare say you could do better. I'm thinking £200 may be a bit high, although it looks a bargain when you consider that people are currently trying to sell the receiver for around £150 and the speakers for £180. But I'm not convinced they are worth that kind of money.
The Pioneer PL-505 may be at a reasonable price if it is serviced, but again bear in mind the 'used stylus' issue which will add to the cost.
