Strange Marantz 10b Scope Issue... Help!

DownUpside

I've got a Marantz 10b tuner that just came back from the shop and had a fairly extensive rebuild including a near total re-cap. It's now working well except that... the scope is having issues.

When in the tuner mode, the scope works perfectly. It sounds great, I can adjust vertically and horizontally, and when I turn the tuner dial, the scope does what it's supposed to do. But when the scope is set to output and external modes the signal is horizontally misaligned to the right.

At first it was slightly misaligned to the right. And would occasionally pop back to center. When I could see the signal it looked as expected. But now it's misaligned to the right so far as to be out of view almost entirely.

Is this a sign of the scope tube going bad? Or an issue with the 10b itself?

If this isnt an issue while in FM scope mode, the scope tube and the horizontal (V21) and vertical (V20) drives should be fine. I would suspect either external input RCAs or the scope selector switch may need cleaning. There isnt much in between the external inputs to the scope drivers.
