I've been using my fathers SL-B5 which he greatly enjoyed in his college years for a while now-serviced it myself, everything has worked great but the memo-gram when stacking records (I only have the 45 stacking spindle), of which I recently got working smoothly again! Unfortunately, when all put back together, the tonearm set down in the wrong place when the automatic button was pressed. I have a digital copy of the service manual. Okay, no big deal, I'll use the automatic start position adjustment screw in the base of the tonearm, right? Much to my dismay, the screw won't adjust any further counterclockwise and the tonearm keeps setting down too far into LP's, probably the other record sizes as well. Not sure what to do at this point-is there a way to adjust the adjustment screw?
