Stylus and Cartridge Technics SL-BD3

Hello . I have a Technics SL-BD3 and would like to buy a stylus for this turntable. I would also like to know which cartridge is suitable for this turntable. Where can I find a protective cap for the stylus? I have the stylus installed in my SL-BD3 that I send the photo. I know I have limitations as a P Mount. Thank you for recommending online stores in Europe

Try using a search engine like google or bing . Where are you located? There are many outlets here in North America for p-mount cartridges (Amazon etc}
 
I live in Portugal. I believe that it is easier to find there than here in Europe. But I'm having a hard time finding it here in Europe.
