suggestions for possible new dac and/or amp

My budget is probably $300 I have had great luck buying used (ma silver 1s for $200 and a 6mo old svs sb1000 for $300 and now a geek out 450 dac for $45), so going off the budget and being open to used what options do you suggest?
 
For an amp and DAC? I'd check out some of the Peachtree offerings used. Some of their integrateds have a nice DAC built in. Might need to stretch your budget a little.

Edit: I didn't see that you already had a DAC. Peachtree is probably still a good option.
 
Alright I'll give them a look. The dac I just bought is an Lh labs geek out 450. I should have clarified that earlier instead of just saying geek out dac. Is there a better amp that doesn't have a dac built in that would pair nicely with this dac?
 
It plays up to 32/384 as well as dsd 128 and has a can amp that puts out 450mW at .01% thd +n. I bought it mainly for form and simplicity because I needed a dac/amp for my laptop PC and phone and this fit my bill. Plus it was the only option beside the ifi dsd nano that I found used at a good price.

I think I've come at this the completely opposite way as you. I've always used a PC as my main source, but I hear sonic differences between digital formats and vinyl, which like you said, the preference of which is highly debatable. I enjoy those differences, though, which is why I adopted vinyl.
 
Update: The LH Labs Geek Out 450 dac I recently purchased has met and exceeded my expectations. It really cleans up the signal from my source and drives headphones flawlessly. While it is my first dac I can comfortably recommend it to others. Also it works with an otg on my galaxy s7 but it drains the battery fairly fast.
