Suggestions on C2300 -> MC352 interconnects?

I was contemplating a 2275 for a second room, and getting cremona auditors, but then suddenly it just made more sense to improve my 2 channel in my main room while planning ahead for a second... So I just ordered a C2300.

Any balanced cable recommendations? I'm not too keen on pricy 1M interconnects, but I thought I'd get some recommendations for $75 - $200 that match C2300 -> MC352 -> Sonus Faber Amatis.

Thanks!

Chuck

I've said it before and I'll say it again. For the money it is difficult to get better than Guerrilla (see banner at bottom for a 10% discount). The Guerrilla silver XLR cables sound almost identical to my Audioquest Cheetah cables.

The copper Guerrilla XLR cables are also great. They are a little bit smoother than the silver cables but have a little less detail.

Balanced:scratch2: 1 meter IC's try some rca's seems like a shame not to try the C2300's HQ rca inputs

Seriously do you have a problem with noise? Guess I should try the balanced connections also but sounds great with lower end AQ rca's

In the past I've run into noise that was 'fixed' by balanced cables. My memory fails me, but I think it was a combination of tv coax cable and ground loop. Point for balanced. I see the value of getting RCA, as it would allow me to mix and match my current oddball collection of RCAs. Point for RCAs. Provided there's no noise, people seem pretty indifferent about balanced vs RCAs when coming out of the 2300. I could be wrong on that unofficial statistic... Point for everyone with McIntosh :)

This is interesting about Guerilla Audios line cost wise:
Silver RCA > Silver XLR > Copper XLR > Copper RCA. Some inconsistencies there. I might try them out.. Copper or Silver?? Hmmm.

The silver bullets used in Guerilla's Silver RCA are quite expensive. That's probably why it's priced higher than the XLR.

You may also want to look at DH Labs, they have some very good stuff at reasonable prices. I am using their Revelation cables from my DAC to C45 and C45 to MC402. Their Air Matrix cables are in the price range you mentioned. Another alternative might be the clearance section at the Cable Company. They have a wide selection of brands.

I echo the DH Labs ICs; I have built some rca ICs using their cable with Xhadow connectors and have been very happy.

Another very affordable brand to consider that I have not seen mentioned on this forum is Audio Art cables. They were designed by DH Labs and Rob is a very nice guy that is willing to do specials (e.g., rca-xlr). And, for those who care, they have gotten very good reviews.
