Surround pkg only $75, any opinions?

My ears are bleeding
I have an opportunity to pickup a Pioneer VSX-D412 (Silver) receiver (actually has DTS), JBL LX500 speakers, JBL Center (model not known), Pioneer S-FCRW230-S subwoofer. Thought the price wasn't bad even for just the receiver and JBL's. Don't need the system but my daughter could use a system and she's not into "vintage" gear so thought this might make a nice surround system. I have some extra speakers for the rears.

Any thoughts on this package?

That's a really fair price. That receiver is actually supposed to be pretty decent and of course to many people the JBL LX500's would be worth $75 alone.
