surrounds on CS-88a tweeters

I just got a pair of CS-88a speakers that were my dad's and the surrounds in the tweeters are cracked and broken. I found a guy on e-bay, HIFINUT1, that can replace the surrounds for $15 each. Anyone had any experience with this guy? Does he do good work?
