Switch schematics

I use two switches with my amp. One to switch between aux sources and one to switch between tape decks (monitor & source, with selectable source).

The switches are old and not very high quality. The tape monitor switch is especially problematic.

I was looking for a replacement for them but it would seem like these would be pretty easy to wire yourself. Does anyone have schematics for an aux switch and a tape monitor switch? I did some thread searches but nothing popped up.

While I'm on the subject of the aux switch it would be great if I could adjust the level in addition to selecting the source. Remote would be ideal!
