I have a question for the group. I have a Marantz Model 33 that I just acquired and would like to use the rear Switched AC outlets ( there are five of them) to power the Marantz Model 32 Power Amp and two multidisc CD players. I would ideally like to have them all come on at the same time.
The Amp has no problem plugging in since it's the same vintage power plug as the pre-amp. The CD players are newer and have the newer NEMA plugs with one blade wider than the other. Is there an adapter that I can safely use for these older outlets that will accept the newer plugs? Do I run any risk of damaging any of the components running them this way?
All comments, suggestions or help would be appreciated!
