SX 1250 AM Antenna

I've got my sx 1250 back together and working fine. One last detail though, the AM antenna mounting is broken, which I guess is fairly common. What other models used the same antenna? I'm going to look for a donor and suspect other models used the same one.

Pioneer Antenna Bracket

This antenna bracket was used in the QX-949, QX-9900, SX-1010, SX-1050, SX-1250, SX-828, SX-950, TX-1000, TX-800, TX-8100, TX-9100, TX9500. Very hard to find in unbroken condition. I have been parting out vintage Pioneer SX series receivers for quite some time, very rarely come across one of these in good condition.

I actually might have a mount for you. I stress the word "might" though. IIRC it is a metal mount with 2 or 3 holes and does not use the ball and socket type.

Stay tuned, if I have it, it is yours.
 
If anyone finds an extra, I could use one for my 1050 -- the one originally on it got transplanted to the 1250. They do seem hard to find (unbroken)! I suspect idiots must regularly try to lift these heavy monsters using those little antennae as handles. <wince>

Speaking of Pioneers, I just bought an SX-950 a few days ago. Not sure why, since I already have the 1050 and the 1250, but it was very clean and shiny and all working, and under a hundred bucks... I just couldn't resist it.
