SX-300 hum noise from speakers

Hello,

I got SX-300 but it has hum noise (100Hz) from speakers (both channels) and very loud from phones.
I measured main rail voltage (33V) ripple and it was about 0.5Vpp so that can't be the reason.
Device has original elko's in.
What could cause this noise?

i dont really know but it does seem capacitor related in the b+ as you are a 50hz country it sure does want to point to the rectified out put of the transformer unless its induced from something else in your house
