SX-650 no click, I fixed it!

I bought a Sx-650 off Epray for $35 including shipping that was supposed to work except needed bulbs. I received it but no luck as the tuner worked but the click never occurred and absolutely no sound. I bought a nice Sx-780 to replace and really was going to part the Sx-650 out until I found this site. By searching and reading I found the bad fuse in the light circuit, replaced the #192 bulbs and now the receiver works great. I would never have guessed the light circuit would affect the relay circuit.

Welcome Ed, no need to guess around here, if you have a question, it's either been answered already, or some of these guys will be like pit bulls trying to get you an answer. All Audio, no attitude. :thmbsp:
 
I belong to various forums and I am usually a lurker....... I do help others where/when I can but for me its a nice release from work just to dig and learn......and fix/repair my own issues.......
