This part number is a .047uf/630v cap. Perhaps it was a .22uf back in 2011.

This part number is a .047uf/630v cap. Perhaps it was a .22uf back in 2011.
It’s a .47 uf and always has been. That’s what the “474” in the part number represents.

Ok, i looked it up again and see it is a .47uf rather than a .047uf. It’s also obsolete according to mouser, perhaps there’s a new p/n.
My point was more about these in the amp being .22uf rather than .47uf or .047uf.
I hope no one minds me raising this thread back from the dead again. There are a few more obsolete parts on this BOM. Could someone suggest some alternatives?

I don't think what I've suggested for the last few parts will work. I had my notes wrong.
I guess ultimately what a lot of these obsolete parts comes down to is the discontinuation of Nichicon caps. There are a lot of threads on this topic. From what I can tell (but please correct me if I'm wrong. I am new to sourcing parts like this not premade kits):
-Rubycon TWL are a good substitute for Nichicon UKLs?
-Panasonic EEU-FC caps good substitute for Nichicon UPWs?
Any other specific opinions on the obsolete parts listed on post #44 would be greatly appreciated!
