Picked up a clean sx-770 that has a major issue with the right channel. Right channel was not working when I got it so opened it up and found a burnt resistor on the amp board. All the transistors checked fine so I swapped in a new 22ohm resistor and powered it up on the dim bulb. Bulb stayed bright and heat sink got immediately hot. I shut it off quick and when back through everything I did all transistors still test fine but the same resistor was beginning to burn again. Question is where can I go from here? Obviously there is a short somewhere just wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue with this unit. Seems like a nice piece hopefully I can save it. Thanks
