I RECENTLY PICKED UP MY 3RD SX 780, THIS ONE RECENTLY SERVICED.
WOW:banana: WHAT AN IMPRESSIVE UNIT. MY FIRST LOVE IS THE SX 750 BUT I'VE COME TO APPRECIATE THE 780. I HOOKED IT UP TO A SET OF BOSE 901 SERIES 6 SPEAKERS, AND THEY REALLY OPENED UP WITH THE 780.

THE BASS ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE MID AND HIGHS SOUNDED GREAT WITH A NICE BALANCE OF STEREO SEPERATION NOT HEARD ON THE SX 750.
FOR ALL THE SX 780 FANS OUT THERE, WHAT SET OF SPEAKERS SEEM TO JUST EXPLODE WHEN PLAYED THROUGH THIS WONDERFUL PIECE OF EQUIPMENT?:scratch2::thmbsp:

the only problem those guys ever had was cold solder joints around the voltage regulator, otherwise one of my favorite Pioneers.
