SX-850 Recap List

Is there a more recent list that I missed?

Anything not on the list that should be replaced?

Any recommendations for the ASR-019 relay?

Usually these KL series parts have a few options, like higher temp, diff tolerances, you can possibly use one of them. I search using only part of the number to see what is available.

Nichicon is scaling down the series, so just choose one from the above list
Looks like it has to be 647-UKL2A010KDD

As for the films, just make sure that they will fit, usually the 5mm lead space or the ones with long leads are ones to use.

The relay, mtf has shown how he mounts the relay to replicate the older plastic flange version.
Pots, look at these, from my sx-950 list, basically a mtf list from long ago, that I added my extra info too.

Once again, as I'm replacing capacitors on the 850, I'm surprised at how good the 40 year old electrolytic caps measure.
In most cases the old ones measure 10-20% over on capacitance while the new ones are mostly at or slightly below nominal values.
I guess the processes were not as accurate in the old days, so they fudged things on the high side.
The surprising thing is that ESR on most of the 40 year old caps is still just as low as on the new caps... in a few cases, the old ones had better ESR than the new ones.
