Tandberg 10XD power issue

After a clean inside my Tandberg 10xd RtR it just won't turn on anymore.. There is power after det power button and the trafo seems to output power but the relays does not kick inn and nothing happens. Anyone had this problem before? All help is much appreciated ☺
