Tannoy Arden 3828 15'

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone out there have or had any experience with Tannoy Arden 3828 series. Pros/Cons? I have an opportunity to grab a set for under 1k Usd, but understand these may not be as desirable as HPD/385 series. I also have a chance to grab a set of Belvedere 12' Golds for around $300usd more than the 3828's. My plan is to get these going with an ST-70 amp or HP PrimaLuna w/ Mc20 Pre.

Belvedere's with Golds for a bit more?

I'd give my right arm for either.
Buy both, then decide what you like better and make yourself some cash back in the meantime.

If I could afford or had the room...I’d buy both.

If they were on an open marketplace for those prices they will be long gone now. Those 2 pairs are worth 5/10k usd easily.

thanks Dazaa-Not sure they are worth that much...Perhaps if they were Red duel concentric-Again these are Arden 3828- Perhaps you are right, I am not too much of a Tannoy guy, but have been looking for some time. I will most likely purchase them. The Belvedere are 12' Golds.
