Tannoy to play with.

Was in my local "used shop" on the weekend and noticed the price was reduced on the single Tannoy CPA-15 they had had for months.

After doing some research I decided to buy it. As they could not test it in store due to not having a "speakon" cable, I have a week or so to return it if it doesn't work.

Apparently it has the 3836 driver in it which is used in the DMT models.

Pics later.

That would make a great mono system if given proper amplification.

Also, I don't think I've ever heard of a "speakon" before. :p:

Get a mate for it and you will have a pair of the most over-blown, over-priced speakers ever made. I've wanted a pair for years.
