I like early U2 though especially the album War. My wife likes Taylor Swift but I can't say I'm much of a fan. Just not my cuppa joe.

I see what they are doing here. Stereogum is calling it a "mashup" of their favorite tracks of 2009 with familiar oldies. Looks like they created an entire album of these. Even though I didn't care for them I can't knock their creativity.

Could NOT have said it better myself. I'm more of a small venue, club kind of live music fan, but my wife loves dropping a couple hundred to see the "big guys". I got her a pair of tickets to U2 a few years back and to my horror she invited me.

I've seen some self important pompous asses in my day, but Bono takes the cake. Its hard to imagine how someone can think so highly of himself. I was so turned off by his attitude that I just can't listen to his music at all any more.

Although I enjoyed Edge in "In Might Get Loud", the world would be much better off without U2.

When the Swift/U2 song came on the radio I thought my tuner was needing an adjustment . Like two channels bleeding together .

On U2 as a Band I still listen to them and own a DVD also . I'm sure if I knew most any artist they could or would be alot different then you'd expect them to be from their songs or music .





Who knows if I had everyone telling me I'm the greatest and never telling me no I wouldn't be the sweet lovable person I am now ......
