Teac A-650 Cassette deck not playing.

Hello Tape deck user's,

I picked up this rough looking Teac A-650 deck for a song. After opening it up it has the same problem as the A-640 I repaired a few months back. The Capstan belt turns to Goo!
Some pics for you guys. I like the way the front just tilts down..

I ordered the belt kit for it.

Love my Cassettes.
