Teac CD-3? Thoughts on value?

I have a chance I might pick up a Teac CD-3 player/transport at what appears to be a good price. Not much on it out there but anyone have thoughts on it?

It uses the Philips SAA7350 dac, which I believe is also a TDA1547. 20-bit with bitstream.

Whats the good price? Sounds like it would be pretty good if cheap enough.

$45 delivered. I took the day off sick and he will come by this afternoon with it.

Unfortunately it is not the silver or champagne version but it should still be pretty nice in black.
