Tech for AU-919 Restoration - Western PA

I am looking for a recommendation for a tech to restore my AU-919. I live in Indiana, PA which is 45 miles east of Pittsburgh. I am the original owner of the amp and it is completely original. There are no apparent issues with it or damage that I am aware of. It has never been opened up and is in excellent condition appearance wise. I stopped using it recently after becoming aware of the dreaded “black flag” capacitors and the “black death” adhesive (thank-you EchoWars). I believe this is an example of the AU-919 worthy of restoration.
