Technics SA-505
A colleague of mine gave his old stereo from his undergrad days in the dorms. The stuff had been sitting in his damp MI basement for a number of years. He was going to pitch it all in the trash but heard of my enthusiasm for audio and gave me his Technics SA-505 and a pair of EPI 100s. I reformed the EPIs but the Technics I took in for servicing. I just got it back yesterday and have been using it as my bedroom system with the EPI 100s. The tuner sounds pretty great! Headphone connection is excellent too. Haven't even tried the phono or aux features yet because I've been having so much fun with the tuner.Anyone out there own one of these before?
