We have the technics SL-1200 MK5G and SL-1210 M5G. What happened to the "K" in the model name of the M5G?
And while I'm here- the obvious difference between the 1200 and 1210 is that the 1200 is silver and 1210 is back. With the MK5G/M5G, both are black.... so are there any differences?
I've heard a theory that the 1200 and 1210 are essentially the same, but the 1210 is black and has a power selected to change between 110/220V. Is that the case with the MK5G too? They're both black, but the 1200 lacks a power selector? I've heard it said that the 1210 has the guts of the European 1200. Truth?
